Slipstream has been in the business of Air and Expedited surface delivery for over 10 years. We are “fluent”, if you will, in all modes of transportation; Air, TL, LTL, Rail, Ocean, and messenger/courier. We work in tandem with them all. Our organization benefits from over 75 years of experience, through our Ops Agents and Management staff, in the Expedited and surface transportation industry.
We are a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 365/6 day a year operation with our staff of highly trained and experienced Operations Agents and delivery personnel on duty who have been vetted by the Transportation Security Administration, a department of Homeland Security, and have all been issued their Security Threat Assessment Numbers, which are available upon request. We used the latest technology to keep abreast of your shipments progress, and are able to communicate with our delivery personnel immediately, if not sooner.
You call us and you will always be speaking with an Ops Agent, a human being not a recording. In the rare event that our Ops Agent is indisposed, you will receive a return call within 5 minutes. We have a tight knit, prompt, courteous, professional staff of Operations Agents who are always ready to serve you. You will be kept informed at all times what is happening with your shipment. Our team prides itself on our proactive approach and our commitment to communication with you, our client.
